We offer Flat Rate Shipping & Handling, $9.99 per order in the US (lower 48 contiguous states).* We also ship to Canada & the UK ~ contact us if you'd like a shipping quote.  We ship via USPS or UPS and always include insurance (either through the carrier or in-house).  (In rare instances, due to weight/size or quantity ordered & destination zip codes, some orders may incur a shipping surcharge but we will notify you before processing your order if that occurs. Also, all of Kathy Graybill's pictures have a Flat Rate Shipping of $19.99 each due to the size and added insurance.) We strive to ship within 3-5 business days; however, during the holidays, that time frame can increase to 7 to 10 days due to the volume of orders being received on a daily basis. Please note that some larger/heavier items cannot be shipped and that will be mentioned with the product listing.** There’s also an option at Check-Out to pick items up in lieu of having them shipped. (During the summer months we will only ship wax products Monday through Wednesday. This is to eliminate having packages sit in a delivery vehicle over the weekend in the extreme heat.) 

It's important to note that many of our items are handmade, even one-of-a-kind pieces so colors or finishes may vary. Although all items are carefully packed and Sugar Creek Antiques does its best to ensure your products arrive safely, sometimes items do get broken.  We always include insurance coverage, whether it be by the carrier or in-house. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know right away.  We will require pictures of the damaged items as well as pictures of the packing and box.  We will issue a refund in the same manner in which the item was paid and file the claim with the carrier.  (If no photos or documentation of the damage can be provided, no adjustments will be made. No Claims After 5 Days)
